Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver throughout Mount Maunganui, Papamoa and Tauranga.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is a flat rate of $18. You can also choose to collect your flowers from our Mount Maunganui store:

Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes! Place your order before 2:00 pm for same-day delivery within our local delivery area.
Missed the cut-off? Give us a call on 07 575 8579 and we'll do our best to help.
What happens if nobody is home?
Our flowers never require a signature. If no one is home, we'll leave your flowers in a safe, sheltered place away from direct sun and rain.

Choose your preferred pickup time when placing your order online. We'll have your flowers ready for collection.

Need something extra special?
We also offer flowers presented in a glass vase. Please contact us to discuss the available options.
How long will my flowers last?
With proper care, most bouquets will last around 5–10 days. Freshly trim the stems, change the water every couple of days, and keep your flowers away from direct sunlight and heat.

Can I include a gift message?
Yes! Simply enter your personalised card message during checkout and we'll handwrite it for you.
Can I add a gift to my order?
Absolutely. We have a range of candles, soaps, room sprays, chocolates and other gifts that can be added to your bouquet.

Can you create custom flower arrangements?
Absolutely! While our online store showcases some of our favourite designs, we're always happy to create something unique. If you have a particular style, colour palette or occasion in mind, get in touch and we'll work with you to create something special.
Do you create wedding flowers?
Every wedding is unique, and so is every couple.
Rather than offering standard wedding packages, we take on a limited number of weddings each year that are the right fit for our team. Whether you're planning an intimate ceremony or a larger celebration, we'd love to hear about your vision and learn more about your special day.

Can you provide funeral flowers?
Yes. We can work directly with you and your family to create beautiful, personalised funeral flowers.
Many people don't realise they don't have to organise funeral flowers directly from a florist. Ordering directly with us often gives you greater flexibility and can provide better value, while ensuring your tribute is exactly as you envisioned.
We're here to guide you through the process with care and compassion during what can be a difficult time. We're also happy to liaise with the funeral home to ensure your flowers arrive at the right place and at the right time.
